Please note that colours of actual paintings and prints received may differ slightly from the colours you see on your device (monitor/phone) as each device may display colours slightly differently.  A 100% colour match cannot be guaranteed. 

Prints

As prints are made to order, please select carefully because once an order is placed, no exchange or refund will be offered.

All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the sturdy tubes or packaging. The unframed prints are very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer. The print is professionally packaged and checked for any creases or imperfections before it is cleared for shipping.

khimchngart makes every effort to ensure your print arrives safely. If the print was damaged due to some unforseen situation, please provide the necessary evidence and contact khimchngart within 48 hours upon receiving your print and ship the return in the same mode it was received within 14 calendar days of receiving the print in its original condition and professionally packed to safeguard the print from any further water/physical damage.

Refund will be issued once the "damaged" print is received in its original condition, checked and verified. Delivery cost is not refundable.

Originals

khimchngart hopes you love the original as much as we do. If for whatever reason you wish to process a return, please notify khimchngart within 48 hours upon receiving your original and ship the return in the same mode it was received within 14 calendar days of receiving the original in its original condition and professionally packed to safeguard the original from any water/physical damage.

Refund will be issued once the original is received in its original condition, checked and verified. Delivery cost is not refundable.
